But it is a good dodge to help explain away the miserable showing that kerry made at the time. And in all of that--you still can't explain why it is that every time the teleprompter goes down on obama, the intelligence level of his responses follows suit. And why is it, that he needs to use teleprompters on every occasion that he speaks to someone, even little school kids? If there is ever an indication that obama is inferior to bush in communication--his addiction to teleprompters is that indication.

I do believe that you will find that for a group that still thinks the world is 5000 years old, the magic negro is going to be more than willing to dance to their merry tune. Funny thing about weak politicians--they will do anything for a vote. And I do so love your irrationalities--the people are so angry at bush that they end up getting even with him by--voting in a republican to the former seat of ted kennedy. The people are so angry at bush that the polls have them in near rebellion to the path of the country under obama. The people are so angry at bush that they have forced their dem representatives to quit holding townhalls and go into hiding in their dc offices. The people are so angry at bush that obama sends his seiu union thugs out to beat them into submission.
He kicked serious butt at the State of the Union. I wonder if the No dudes know how petulant they look with their arms crossed and the petulant look on their faces. I love it. Obama needs to give them all a time out.

Obama kicked butt??? Obama just revealed himself as totally inferior to george w.--nowhere near the class, nowhere near the dignity and pathetically contradictory of everything he has professed before. He now is going to be as transparant as he said he was going to be a year ago? Let the stampede continue--everyone knows that song and dance from before. He is now going to kick all of the special interests out of HIS whitehouse (hard to do since so many of them are czars)--let the stampede continue--everyone knows that song and dance from before. He is now going to put a halt to all of those earmarks (aka pork)--it took fox over a year to get the real list of his earmarks using the freedom of information act and he is now going to come clean and not lie anymore--let the stampede continue--everyone knows this song and dance from before.
You seem to think that there is no history of all of the recommendations that the gop made to obama in every concievable area of importance to the u.s. And part of the history shows obama ignoring every attempt to solve those problems in a bipartisan manner. Lets just look to what type of poll bump obama gets from that pathetic demonstration and that--will be the tell all of what america in now thinking of your pumpkin.

Hi Troll. Guess you missed it. Too bad, it was a good speech.

A good speech--only for the faithful of what is fast becoming an international joke of a leader. What in reality--was it that made this rehashed excuse of one of his 2008 speeches so good? More of the same promises that he failed to deliver on? More of the same promises that has built the tea party movement up to the point that the dems are now in such a complete hysteria, that their retiring and refusing to run for re election? You know--this all could be better than '94.

Interesting that there is a total lack of reporting on any bump in the polls that should have resulted from his speech. With bush--it was within hours that the press was out with any + or - results in his polling. It would seem that the silence is deafening. Not to say that there aren't any out there--I dug around in various sites to find any early reactions from the public. And what I found--don't look at all good for the magic negro.

Rather than health care being his waterloo--it would definitely appear that his state of the union is in line to represent that turning point. His incredible insulting behavior to the scotus, nothing of which has ever been done by any potus before. And what compounds his boorish behavior--his abject ignorance about the ruling that he criticized. The opinion from the majority clearly referenced his gripe--no foreign individual, no foreign government and no foreign corporations are allowed to contribute to any political candidate or party. Though it is well documented that the clinton administration and the democrat party have ignored those restrictions in the past. This is obama's joe wilson moment, and instead of pointing his finger at someone that actually did something wrong, he highlighted himself as too ignorant, too stupid, too dishonest, too corrupt to hold the office that he is now disgracing.
